Gonna-moda.com

Fake stores
https://gonna-moda.com

It has come to our attention that Gonna-moda.com may not be as legitimate as it seems. Although it’s a new site, only 42 days old at the time of our investigation, some concerning aspects are worth noting. Notably, a noticeable absence of customer service contact information. Content on the site appears unoriginal, possibly borrowed from other similar sources.

The products showcased on the site seem misleading. The poor quality of elements used in production may pose potential threats. Images displayed do not accurately reflect the actual products being sold. Additionally, several incomplete pages on the site are littered with default content and placeholder text.

On the social media front, company accounts lack followers. Furthermore, outside of their own pages, no reviews about the website can be found. This could signal a lack of customer interaction or satisfaction.

A fake store scam typically involves a website purporting to sell products, often at appealingly low prices. However, the products are either non-existent, counterfeit or of poor quality. In some cases, the customer’s credit card information may also be misused.

A fake store scam involves fraudsters creating an online shop to trick buyers. These bogus e-commerce platforms look quite authentic, mimicking the design of reputable online retailers. They offer high-demand products at heavily discounted prices. These too-good-to-be-true deals are a bait to lure unsuspecting shoppers. The emphasis is always on urgency, with flashy "limited time offers" or "while stocks last" banners. Scammers also use fake reviews to convince shoppers about the legitimacy of their products and store. The reviews promote the quality, value, and fast shipping times. Once the order is placed, the buyer either receives counterfeit goods, goods of lower value or nothing at all. The scammer often disappears after collecting the payment. Unfortunately, these scams become more prevalent during holiday seasons or in the wake of product launches.
